"Cell."
Cell is one of the storngest villins to ever go up aginst the Z Warriors. Cell, is the greatest creation of Dr.Gero in my opion. Cell is an combination of blood samples from: Goku, Vegeta, Nappa, Picclo, Frieza, and King Cold. Cell has three entriely differnt stages which come from asboring the "Andriods 17 & 18." When he finally obtainsd them he gains great power! and then organizes the Cell Games. Cell is finally killed on May 26th, 767 A.D by Super Saiyan 2 Gohan with some serios help from the Z soldiers expesscily Goku. Cell aslo obtains the power to generate "copys' " of himself called "Cell Junior." Cell even obtains the abilty to regenrate one of his Namkekain teqnices. And has the powers of all the other Z soldiers which get him out of some tough pickles.

"Frieza" or "Furiiza."
If you don't know any thing about this dude, you need to crawl out form under that rock. Frieza is clearly the GREASEST villin of all time. He owns a HUGE "company" as in selling planets, but sometimes he destroys them for pure fun. However all the power that he obtains and his huge company Frieza has one fear the Legendary Super Saiyan, and wipeing out Planet Vegeta, and all but 3 saiyans, Frieza thinks he preety much is safe. But Frieza gets killed by Goku, the weakest baby Saiyan, that he believed to never amount to anything what-so-ever. Frieza like his father and brother and even sister, has the abilty to upgarde his power level many times, and with each level his body forms to best suit the power. Once almost killed by Goku on Plantet Namek (which is now destroyed) he floats in space and finally gets picked up by his father King Cold, and gets rebuilt and looks quite cool after it. Then he goes to Earth which he thinks Goku is on (but he is acutally on this lil' aliens planet) to seek revenge but, he has an mental breakdown and gets sliced and diced into two peaces then insenrated by... the uknown person (Future Trunks) and then goes to Hell... but thats not were the stroy ends... he soon creates havoc also with Ginyu force, his father, and Cell in the afterlife and Goku and this green dude which I forget his name blast them into a un-pretabile jail thiny, but whom knows that might get out...
